If you have a problem with your diesel pump you can send it to us for testing or repair. To help you get your vehicle back on the road as soon as possible we hold a large stock of diesel pumps for sale, and we are happy once payment has been processed to send out a remanufactured pump to you, and you can then send us your old pump within 14 days.
For diesel pump reconditioning we have 4 diesel test benchs including Bosch and Hartridge benchs. Once we have rebuilt a diesel pump a complete test is performed against manufacturer approved values. We also perform diesel pump timing to allow the pump to be bolted straight back onto the vehicle when it isreturned. With unbelievable prices and a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty (subject to conditions) we aim not to be beaten on service and prices.

Diesel pumps for modern vehicles will tend to be either Bosch, Delphi, Denso or Siemens. When making an enquiry, of course it will be easiest to provide us with any part numbers from the pump. To give an idea only, below some of the formats of the diesel pump part numbers:
Bosch - 0445 010 xxx or 0445 020 xxx or 0470 004 xxx or 0470 504 xxx (where xxx can be any 3 numbers)
Delphi - 9044AxxxA or 9042AxxxA (where xxx can be any 3 numbers)
Denso - 294000-xxxa or 097300-xxxx (where xxx can be any 3 numbers and a can be a letter)
Siemens - 5WS4xxxx (where xxxx can be any of 4 numbers)
This list is not definitive but for the majority of vehicles it may assist in determining the correct diesel pump. Siemens Common Rail Injectors - xxxx xxx xxx (where x can be any number, it seems that Siemens are 10 digits)
