Until recently the majority of diesel specialist services centre have been unwilling or unable to install satisfactory bench testing equipment for common rail. The costs have been prohibitive or sophistication has not match the advances in technology. AP Diesels have introduced a comprehensive bench testing kit for the diagnosis and repairing of all common rail systems, the CRI/CRP1000 which is used for the majority of our Common Rail repair.

Your Injectors will be Repaired as follows:
1) Disassembled
2) All parts completely cleaned,
3) Inspected,
4) Worn parts are reconditioned or replaced,
5) Reassembled, Calibrated and Pressure Tested

Your Fuel Pumps will be Professionally:
1) Disassembled,
2) All parts are Cleaned, Inspected & Diagnosed,
3) Worn parts are reconditioned or replaced,
4) Reassembled in a separate room to ensure cleanliness,
5) Calibrated using some of the industries latest and most accurate test equipment.

Our products come with 12000 mile/12 month warranty so long as our fitting instructions are followed - ask for further details.
